Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary. We collect the information needed to enroll you, bill you, deliver coaching and course access, and support you. We do not sell your personal information. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors — we never store your full card number. You can access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of marketing, at any time by emailing admin@businessbuildinglegends.com.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our websites (including this site and our community at ecomondemand.com), purchase or participate in our coaching and training programs, contact our support team, or otherwise interact with us. By using our sites and services, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and business name.
  • Enrollment and agreement records: the program you selected, signed agreements, and communications with us.
  • Payment information: collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment, the card type, and the last four digits of your card — we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Community and coaching content: posts, comments, questions, photos, videos, and other content you share in our communities or during sessions. Coaching sessions, calls, and workshops may be recorded for quality, training, and member-access purposes, and by participating you consent to being recorded.
  • Support communications: emails and messages you send to our support team.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, course progress, login times, and community activity.
  • Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create your account, deliver program access, schedule and conduct coaching sessions, and provide member support.
  • To process payments, installments, and renewals, and to maintain billing records.
  • To communicate with you about your program, account, billing, and policy changes.
  • To send marketing emails about our programs, tools, and events — you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our websites, courses, and community.
  • To prevent fraud, enforce our agreements (including responding to payment disputes with records of authorization and delivery), and comply with legal obligations.
  • With your permission under our testimonial and marketing release, to feature your name, likeness, and results in our marketing.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Content you post in our communities is visible to other members. Please use judgment about what you share publicly.

5. Testimonials and Marketing Use

Under the marketing release in your Coaching Services Agreement, we may use your name, voice, image, likeness, business results, and content you share in our communities for advertising and educational purposes. If you would like us to stop future use of a specific testimonial, email admin@businessbuildinglegends.com and we will make reasonable efforts to stop using it going forward.

6. Cookies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure site performance, and understand how visitors use our sites (for example, through analytics tools). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit site functionality such as staying logged in to the community.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide your program and any ongoing member access, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes (including payment disputes), and comply with law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and our payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login credentials confidential — sharing them is prohibited under your agreement.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

  • Access, correction, deletion: you may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@businessbuildinglegends.com. We will honor requests subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
  • Marketing opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us. You will still receive transactional emails about your account and billing.
  • U.S. state privacy rights: residents of states with consumer privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Texas, Virginia, and Florida) may have additional rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email admin@businessbuildinglegends.com; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by your state's law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
  • International visitors: our services are operated from the United States and your information is processed in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S. (including the EEA or UK), you consent to that transfer, and you may contact us to exercise any access, correction, deletion, or objection rights available under your local law.

10. Children

Our programs and websites are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our sites, courses, and communities may link to third-party websites and tools, including software we recommend (for which we may earn affiliate compensation, as disclosed in our Terms & Conditions). Those third parties have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Review their policies before providing them your information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify active members by email or a notice in the community. Your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
