1. Nature of Our Products — No Physical Shipping

Business Building Legends sells online education, coaching, and training services. All programs, courses, community access, coaching sessions, and materials are delivered electronically over the internet. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping fees, customs duties, or delivery timeframes for physical items apply to any purchase.

3. What You Need to Access the Services

You are responsible for providing your own reliable internet connection, an up-to-date web browser, and the equipment (computer, webcam, microphone) needed to participate in video calls and access the online community and course materials. Services are delivered remotely; no in-person attendance is required.

4. Didn't Receive Your Access?

Check your spam or promotions folder for emails from Business Building Legends or ecomondemand.com.
Confirm the email address you used at checkout.
If you still can't find your access within 24 hours of payment, email admin@businessbuildinglegends.com with your name and purchase details. We respond during normal business hours and will restore or re-send access promptly at no charge.

5. Access Periods

Community access: one (1) year from your enrollment date (One-on-One Coaching) or twelve (12) months (Group Coaching / Training), renewable at then-current rates.
Coaching sessions: your ten one-on-one sessions should be scheduled and completed within your one-year access period.

6. Geographic Availability and Currency

Our services are available worldwide wherever internet access permits. All prices are charged in U.S. dollars (USD). If you pay with a non-U.S. card, your bank may apply currency conversion and foreign transaction fees, which are your responsibility. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction regarding online education purchases.

7. Service Interruptions

We rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, video-call software, the community platform, payment processors) to deliver services. Brief interruptions for maintenance or third-party outages may occur; we will restore access as quickly as reasonably possible. Scheduled coaching sessions interrupted by a technical failure on our side will be rescheduled at no cost to you.
